Lost Admin Password

I ave a Windows 2003 Member server. My previous Admin who resigned from the company forgot the administrator password of this server. Also This server is not connected to the Domain. Is there any way I can recover the administrator password??? Appreciate any help.

Look up Winternals & with the boot disk/CD you create, comes with Locksmith, you can reset any local password using this, without knowing it in the first place, a dangerous tool in the wrong hands.
