In the past few days, we have lost our 'oracle' account and profile twice on Windows 2003 Active Directory and have to recreate them. Any ideas why this is happening ? Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

Enable auditing. Sounds like someone or an application is deleting it.

I would definately audit your systems... and check the security logs on both your Domain controller and Oracle Server (if you have one and if they're different)

The Audit is already enabled on Windows 2003 and I found nothing unusual in the Security Event Log for the 'oracle' account. Any other suggestions.

Sanjay make an account and then delete it. Note the security event and search on that not on a particular account because you don't know anything about accounts yet since that's what you are trying to figure out.
