hi
I am running window 2003 with Domain Controller. the users can logon to domain with the authentication of the server ,but i want the policy if the server is unavailable none of the domain users can't logon to win XP.? what can I do to apply this policy?

You need to do this from Group policy. Browse through GPO and find the correct .adm and apply it to the designated OU.
