Comment: Hello all, I am wanting one group in our facility (front counter sales), to start just one particular program when they login(a terminal emulator). Can someone tell me the best way to do this. Should I assign a script for this group (and if so, could you give me a template?) or should I assign this program to start in thier profile. The program resides on each of their local machines and not the server, is this ok? It is in the same directory of eavery PC (C:\Program Files\Symantec\Procomm Plus\PROGRAMS\pw5) Thanks in advance for any help. John

Reply: You could do that with a GPO (Computer Configuration > Windows Settings > Scripts). However, I've never done it with a program that is actually installed on the users PC, but I do know you can run scripts from other servers so I would think it would work with the PC too.
