Loging user activities in win2003

Hi,

Can any one help me to get the details about the above. I want to log the user activites specialy when someone deletes some files on the server

Hi,

Can anyone suggest me that, while using win2003 at the time of user loging, it is taking minimum of 10 minutes to get inside. what will be the problem and how to solve?
