Is there a way to obtain login reports for a Windows 2003 Server? I am looking to see if I can prove an employee was logged into his desktop machine at a certain time.

You have to enable auditing in advance of wanting a logon report. You certainly can check the security log.
Knowing the correct answer and giving a correct answer, are two different things

View the event log on the employee's computer. I'm wondering though, what you intend to prove by confirming the employee was logged in? What exactly is your goal?
