Comment:

I want to do on W2003 R2 what I had been doing on my W2K server. I am running terminal services, and I wanted to set various options in the local policy computer and user sections. BUT -- in the policy editior, there are only 1 or 2 items under Windows settings -- in W2K there were dozens or hundred. Since it is not a DC there is no group policy. Where did my policies go? Thanks.

Type Gpedit.msc from the run field or command line or secpol.msc for the local security policy.
