Im using win2k3 server SBS2k3 as DC.
This problem 202 occur in my DC event viewer.
event id 202 licenseservice
The product Windows Server is out of licenses. Use Licensing from the Administrative Tools folder for more information on which users are out of compliance and how many licenses should be purchased.

This occur at member.
213 licenseservice
Replication of license information failed because the License Logging Service on server \\Domainserver could not be contacted.

I got 40 license installed and just 20 license use only. My member server are replicate with DC license. I can ping my DC normally. My DC can browse member.

The license logging service is running on both, are set auto n running.

what could be the problem??

Try dcdiag.exe with the /v switch as you might have a problem with the domain somewhere. You might also try netdiag.exe. Both are in the Windows 2000/3 resource kit.

I have try d dcdiag. I found some minor problem that are relate to w32 time. Just restart d service and no error in dcdiag. But when i run netdiag i got an error

" entry point not found"
The procedure entry point DnsGetPrimaryName_UTF8 could not be located in the dynamic link library DNSapi.dll.
I cant found any related info at microsoft.

When i try nslookup, it say can't find server name for address 192.168.2.1: Non existent domain. Address 192.168.2.1

My PDC w2k3 sbs server are DNS server. The problem occur after i restarted both server.

Is this due to the forwarder domain?? I got 2 ISP address at domain forwarded Ip address list.

I don't understand what you are trying to say here, but it might be. The server should* point to itself for DNS in the networking TCP/IP, then in the DNS service set up forwarding to the ISP DNS servers.

You should also create a reverse lookup zone in DNS. You can just enter the first quad (192) and let DNS create the rest of the reverse lookup zone

* There are at least 3 ways to set this up. I prefer this way.
