Keeps rebooting on startup

My Win 2003 Server will reboot during startup. It starts to load Windows 2003 but restarts as it begins. Before loading there is a blue screen with an error message but it disappears to fast to read. After numerous tries it will start and sometimes run. We have a SCSI device attached to this server (Backup Device). On startup I do see that is says no SCSI devices installed.

I would try a repair of 2003 to start. If that doesn't fix it, then you may have to reinstall the OS.

try to boot from the setup CD, ignore the first screen where is the R buttom for repair, press F8 in the EULA screen and press R for repair on the next screen if appears. If the R didn't appears on that screen, you've to make a clean, say: new installation of the OS. if the repair will works, it re installs the OS with keeping of your settings, drivers pp. regards
