java is not working

I have installed java onto my server and it is not working my browser it worked but my server had a problem and lost somethings but I thought it was working properly but I don't know what is wrong.

You should be able to do it, but one network is going to have to use Static addresses while the other users Dynamic (or they can both be static - that's fine, you just can't have two that are dynamic).

I don't know how to setup a static ip address for all the computers is there any way you can give me some kind of help or idea of how about setting up addresses for the network? there is like 2 computers on it and I am planning on adding a 3rd and possibably 4th computer on it. the server is just for learning on how to use a server and the other is for regular things
