ISA Server Rights Setting

Dear All,
I have implemented Isa Server in One domian 1 and i have blocked some sort of web sites.I have got another domain 2 in the same organisation and getting internet through this Isa By Domain Trusts.But I cannot set rights to individual users in the domian 2 .I cannot even specify user of domian 2 while giving rights to a specific folder in domian 1.

If you can't assign rights to folders, you certainly can't grant rights through ISA. Verify your trust is functioning, and setup properly.

How is the trust currently configured?
