PAT requires a second application or device to translate. Consider a virtual machine router firewall or go out to simple device.

There may be a way in 2003 but I haven't read it myself or I forgot it.

"Best Practices", Event viewer, host file, perfmon, are in my top 10

I would suggest that perhaps you have mixed some concepts.

PAT:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Port_a...

IPsec:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IPsec

Pat translates addresses and port numbers. Ipsec secures the tcp/udp traffic. They are not the same. IPsec can't do PAT or NAT

i already got http://support.microsoft.com/kb/816514 this but is not worked for me.I did the same work using pass port open source ip forworder in windows 2003.IPSec tunnel is the solution for this.In this artical they are using Local security policy. My gateway is a domain controler.I have tryed with both domain security policy and domain security policy.I am missing something. But IPSec tunnel is the solution.
