I've an update of one of my software and my business client want to install the update in all workstation but he wants it in such a way that when user logs in to their account in workstation they will get a msg like " Wanna install updates of X" click yes and of We Goo

Is this within a windows domain? If yes, you can publish/assign software using a GPO.
