Just goto the dell site and download the ISO to Installation and Server Management (ver I have is 5.2), make a CD or DVD from it , put in the drive and follow the menu, off the way you go. it's a linux disto, that dell use for this and it's bootable..

if you have a brand new server, those disks are with the server already, look for them. they have all the drives for that server and other's, a handy set of cd to have around, if you have allot of dell servers.
