hi everyone, Is anyone know how to install 2003 server on a machine which can't boot from CD Drive but only boot from floppy and HD? appreciate any help.

Sure, boot with a DOS based bootdisk (a win 98 bootdisk will work great) and boot with the CD-ROM drivers loaded. Then, copy the \i386 folder from the 2003 CD onto your hard drive and run winnt from inside the \i386 folder to begin the install process.
NOTE: you'll want a copy of smartdrv.exe on the bootdisk, and you'll want to run it before you begin the install.

The above process assumes you have created a FAT or FAT32 partiton on the hard drive. If you want your primary partition to be NTFS (I'd recommend it), you can either create it as FAT32 and then run CONVERT to make it NTFS, or create the ntfs partiton and a second FAT32 for the i386 folder.
