install winxp pro over win2003

Hi, I am trying to install winxp pro in a system that has win server 2003. System is not booting from my winxp pro CD . How to do this ?

Perhaps change boot sequence/options to boot from CD first? Or - if there is a floppy drive installed... - use the XP boot-floppies + the CD to same end?
Incidentally are you intending a dual-boot XP/W2K3?

When your PC reboots, and you see the motherboard screen, press F8 to force W2K3 Server to boot from the CD. You should then see the screen that says "Press any key to boot from CD..."
