Is there a way to tell which users have not logged into the domain in 90 days and 180 days? Is there a way to tell which computer accounts have not logged into the system in 90 days and 180 days?

I have 11 2003 DC's and 7 2000 DC's. The domain is running in Windows 2000 native. Is there a way to get the query to run without upgrading the remaining DC's to 2K3? We plan on doing that but it will be a year before it is implemented.
