IIS Service Lost

I lost the IIS connectivity to an application I am running on my web server while attempting an SSL certificate installation.

Can someone please help in re-establishing this. The Server connects to the network fine, application runs but there are no hits.

I removed the related certificate files. Restored original files but connectivity is still lost.

IIS service was originally set to run off the default website and no changes were manually made. It would run off the 'Default.htm' content page.

I appreciate any help.
