We recently underwent an office move and changed ISP's.
The server can access the internet without any issues, as can all the other computers connected to the network. However, exchange and other applications that access the server remotely are not working correctly.
After speaking with tech support with for one of our applications he said it has something to do with IIS not being configured correctly after we did the move, however, he couldn't offer any more assistance as it was out of scope.

Do you need port forwarding set up?
If you have changed ISP's you may have started using a different router.
Check to see if you can access the features from inside the network, then go ahead and try it from outside your network. This will tell you if the ports are locked on the firewall.
Heres an example way to test connectivity. Inside Network do this: Start --> CMD --> telnet servername 25
From outside the network do this Start --> CMD --> telnet publicIPofcompany 25
