I also intalled Software update service on same computer. I am also not able to open SUSAdmin site .
I tried http://localhost/susAdmin , http://localhost/test
http://server1/test , http://127.0.0.1/test , But all is giving same problem.

Make sure the Web Publishing Service is started.
Quick question: Why are you running SUS instead of WSUS?

World wide Web publishing service is already started and startup type is set to automatic.
I am running SUS only for testing purpose/learning purpose. After that i go for WSUS but this time I hanged up around IIS problem.

if you're testing/learning you're going backwards. Because once you go for WSUS, you'll be testing and learning again.
if the page cannot be displayed, check the directory and path again

One reason to go with SUS is because for some idiotic reason SUS is an MCP exam topic. WSUS isn't. (yeah, like I said, idiotic...)

Right! it is a topic of MCP. But now I goes for WSUS. IIS Problem is solved. But can't say what was the actual problem. I reinstall IIS and configure permission again. And everything is working fine. Thanks for your reply.
