ok I have my IIS running and was wondering how hard would it be to setup php? Where can I go with easy setup instructions? And with Win 2003 is there something better than MYSQL to setup for web database management? Thanks

"And with Win 2003 is there something better than MYSQL to setup for web database management?"
SQL Server 2000/2005. But "better" is a relative term. Depends on what you're looking for.

The very last link on the PHP downloads page is what you need to install PHP.
SQL Server is a better product in general than mySQL...But for PHP development, mySQL is probably the better (and free!) choice. PHP has lots of pseudo-built-in functions that make working with mysql very easy.
In the same vein, if you were developing in .NET, SQL Server would definitely be the way to do, for many of the same reasons.
Good luck,

so you are talking about ?????

No I was talking about PHP 4.4.4 installer...The very last link on the page. Were you planning on using PHP5 instead? I've never installed PHP5, but it looks like it's just a bit more difficult where you have to configure stuff yourself.
Most places seem to be running PHP4.4.4...It should be fine for you.
Good luck,
