OK, I have a really strange problem. When you open the advanced settings in IE, the settings box is completely empty. Restoring the advanced settings does nothing. I can't even bring up the about Internet Explorer tab to view what version it is. I know that it is IE 7 though.
Faulting application iexplore.exe, version 7.0.5730.13, faulting module inetcpl.cpl, version 7.0.5730.13, fault address 0x0003bad9.
