I have installed Windows 2003 Standard Server on an IBM Laptop 600 and cannot seem to find the Audio Drivers.

On the back of your laptop will be a model number (something like 8194-A8U) using that info, go to IBM's web site and click on "Downloads" and use the model info to take you to the downloads for that model. With luck, your audio drivers will be there to download/install.
