I am trying to create multiple L2TP ipsec vpn tunnels from Windows XP machines to a Windows Server 2003 Standard Ed. machine. I can connect one XP machine successfully but not any other XP machine. I can see that a machine that won't connect successfully negotiates the connectiopn however, the server will not assign an ip address from the pool due to an authorization failure. The user does have Dial-in permissions. Any ideas?
