It looks like the modem is connected, led sometimes blink but the modem is not working. Diagnostics in modem settings also fails. Its on Win 2003 server
If I'm understanding your post.............. You're trying to connect a Windows 2003 server to the internet. To do so, you have to connect it to a modem.
