HI everyone,

I'm a beginner in administering Windows Server 2003. I like to begin my study with the o turorials, the tutorial advise me that I need a Workstation with Windows Server 2003 working on it. My question is how can I Set up a VMWare in my desktop where in I can have a Windows Server 2003. Am I correct? is this possible? please advise me on how can I have a Windows Server 2003 using VMWare. Thanks

You can use VMware Server for free, downloadable on their website.

When it's installed, you can create a new Virtual Machine and choose the Operating System to install to it, harddisk space, number of NICs aso.

After that, it's just like a normal PC, where you have to insert the installation CD to install the Operating System.

So there is no problem at all
