Hi, I have a windows 2003 Server, & 30 New PC i have install having Win XP 2 , i am able to connect to domain by domain user have member of domain user, but when i want to share folder after connecting to dmain i unable to do so on my XP PC's ?

Have you done any tweaking in GPO's or the domain security policy on the server?

Hi Are you trying to create the shared folder on the server from an XP client? If so check that the user account you are using has the correct permissions on the server by right clicking on the volume or folder that you want to create in and choosing security tab.The click Advanced and then Effective permissions and type in the user account that you want to use to create the new folder. You will have to use a priviledged account to see all this on the server. Remember that share permissions and NTFS permissions work together( if connecting via network) with the most strict permission being applied. DVNT
