I need help for reply problems
How can I set by default reply address in exchange 2003?
When someone sends mail the reply address is support@xxx.xxx

We use outlook 2003

That if I remember correctly is a client config setting.

You may also want to look into making a public folder with support@blah.com mail enabled, or create a distribution group wiht that address.
