I want to change my HDD to newer one, but I can't clone my system disk partition because of Active Directory. I tried Symantec Ghost, PowerQuest Volume Manager, but this did not help. When I boot cloned system I always getting message that where are some problems with Active Directory and system restarts automaticaly. I also tried to backup system information then reinstalled fresh copy of Win2k3 and applied backup, but system also didn't worked correctly. Maybe somebody have any idea about this.

You need to set up another domain server and let them synchronized.
After that ends you can turn your first server down.
When you get it up and running again with the new HD, synchronize it again with the alternate server that you have brought up to life temporarily.
