I set port forwarding in the router 3389 to computer A and was able to remote to it. Then I setup to forward port 3390 to a private IP, computer B and remote to "W.X.Y.Z, 3390" and I can't remote to it. I checked on canyouseeme.org and it didn't see that port, so I guess my router doesn't support that?
Could you please recommend what I should do so I can remote to computer B?
I want to do remote desktop connection instead of using VNC at this point.
Thanks so much in advance.

The problem is, that the remote computer listens further listening on port 3389.
So you might have to forward port 3390 from the router to W.X.Y.Z, 3389.This might work.
Please send a reply, if you solved the problem !!!

A simple way would be to use acrobat.com.
If you have the setting for ports in the router then it is supported.
If you are on a 2003 server then you have to open up that server and users. It is secure by default.

pdf creator related to ports? I don't see the connection.
googoo
You can change the port rdp listens on concerning the other machine. Then forward that port in the router to that machines ip.http://support.microsoft.com/kb/306759
You may need to use this form to access each from the internet
your-wan-ip:port
You can always rdp to the first pc then from it rdp to the second.

I changed it in the Registry (PortNumber) and forwarded 3390 to my private address, reboot the server, but still can't remote to "Public_IP:3390"

I just found this, I will try it tonight and will let you know how that goes as I can't remote to it anymore to test at this point from work.

eh? googoo article just states what I said to do.
You should have made no changes to the port forwarding you setup on the router to 3389 and pc1
You would have added a forward entry for pc2 to port 3390 and changed the port pc2 was listening to as referenced in the link I provided.
jefro the correct link than would be
https://www.acrobat.com/#/connectnow/GoToMyMeetingand all you said was www.acrobat.com. Neither addresses the question asked.

Conversely, you could RDC into Computer A and then use it's RDC to connect to Computer B.
A little convoluted but if you can't get the port on B reassigned to 3390 and make it work, my method does work.
