My company will start a hotspot in on the campus , allowing employees to use wireless to go online in the campus.

One thing that we are concern is the Mac address spoofing.

Are there any software that actually lock the mac address and the ip address assigned during the first time? Or are there any alternative way to prevent mac address spoofing????

I think you may be misunderstanding what mac spoofing is about.

Mac address spoofing is where a hacker has captured the mac address of an authorized pc and then emulates that address on their pc to then gain network access.

You ask: "Are there any software that actually lock the mac address and the ip address assigned during the first time?"

Your router should support mac filtering or ip reservations.
This is where you associate a dhcp ip address with a particular mac address. This way only that mac gets that particular ip address.

This does not prevent mac spoofing.

To prevent mac spoofing you would need to encrypt the communication between the wireless pc and access point. Higher end AP's support IPSEC. More work at both ends to setup.

Imagine the power if you knew how to internet search
