Can you please details more.

Like: Do I need additional configuration on my IIS. Do I need do cluster the same?

Any details or URL wud be appreciated.

Not trying to be mean, but it doesn't sound like you understand at a basic level how message routing works in Exchange, nor clustering.

Highly suggest you do some reading...

Deployment, admin guides are a must. Also suggest the security guides. Also, check out the high availability guide.
