how to install OS from networkdrive

I have server 2003 and 75 workstation with OS windows XP prof. one of my workstation I need to do format and reinstall XP again but there is no floppy drive and CD Rom. I have CD Rom only on server. Could anyone tell me please how to install XP on that workstation? Please tell me the process.I don't have external CD drive and my Lan card is Intel (R) PRO/100 VE Network Connection.

Share the CD-ROM on the server. Boot the client with a network bootdisk. Map a drive to the shared CD from the client. Change to that drive on the client and ensure you're inside the \i386 folder on the CD and then type the following command:

What is needed is the BIOS/NIC support Wake-on-Lan, Google for WoL lots of info available

Well, if you don't have a floppy you could always make a bootable CD-ROM that's network capable. Some more research on the web will help you find what you need.

Or, you could get a USB floppy drive and use it. They're not that expensive.
