how to change password in Win2k/2k3

Hi Actually I am using Win 2000. I didn't use since a long time. Thats why i forgot password of that system. Now one more doubt raised in my mind. Can we change password and as well Administrator's name? One more thing i heard it, we can rename to even START MENU. What is the procadure? Any body knows please reply reply me.

i have already tried in google. i didnt get in google. I am trying it since one month. but i didnt get till now. if any body knows please give full procudure of renaming to START MENU.
