Get the password from whoever sold you the computer or reinstall the OS.
A password is a critical security feature of any server OS. How can we know that you have legal access to this computer and how can we be certain that this information will not be used by someone seeking illegal access? After all, this is a public forum that is accessible by anyone.

You don't need the Server 2003 password to install Server 2008. Just boot from the install media and follow the directions.

If you get that you are not booting from the CD but the Server 2003 drive. You change the boot order in the BIOS.

Like LMiller7 said, you can either go into the BIOS or hold F9 at boot-up and pick what device you want to boot from.
