how can i stop users moving folders

hi, Any idea how you can stop uses moving a folder from a fileserver win 2003. the parent folder will have list properties only, but still they can drag it by mistake
My users have a varity of permissions from list to modify, but even if they are allowed to mod a folder, i dont want them to ever move them. This has come about because users sometimes (by accident) drag a folder and drop it in a random place.

A move is a copy and then a delete. Don't give them the ability to delete the file, and you're in business. :-)
