Hi all,
My WS2003 machine has four NICs. I'm on a job that requires 2 NICs 'to work in tandem for hot fail-over capability'. I'm MCSA certified, but not sure how to implement this. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance!

This is called adapter teaming. You must have a managed switch that supports one of the teaming protocols. The teaming software comes from the nic manufacturer.
