Hello,
I have a windows 2003 server , and I have a firewall with my pulic ip, I have a domain name : www.mycompany.com pinting to my firewall
, In my firewall I have open port 80 and my server local ip open, and my ftp opena as well this is working fine
In my server , i got my iis and ftp
how can i create a subdomain, do I have to do it where?
also for ftp,
I dont have a active directory..

another question is
why cant I see my app when I am in my network if I go to www.mycompany.com but for outside my network I can

First off, you might want to start a new post, and maybe focus on one thing at a time...

If you don't have Active Directory, then you probably can't create a subdomain. Unless you are talking strictly about web server and sites.

You probably can't see your stuff from inside your network because your DNS isn't resolving to the right server. Maybe. Hard to say since you don't really tell us much about your network. What happens when you try to get to it form in your network?
