You need to enable folder redirection before you can have the users save their My Documents folder anywhere but on their local PC. Folder redirection is just what it sounds like....it allows the ability to redirect where the folders are saved. My suggestion, do some reading on the subject at microsoft's web site.

Well, as I understand it, and I could be mistaken, folder redirection is controlled through Domain level GPO's....ergo, you need an AD domain to enable it.

Not to be rude but, you really need to do some reading/research on windows 2003 and domains.

If you don't know what an AD Domain is or a domain level GPO, you haven't done near enough reading about windows 2003 to be trying to setup roaming profiles with folder redirection.
