You can view In Control Panel, double-click Administrative Tools, and then double-click Computer Management. Expand Shared Folders, and then click Shares and then Shared Folder.

I'm assuming you mean "Drives" and not "Drivers." wanderer's response is correct as to how to disable them, but I'm wondering why you want to, as that will also prevent Domain Admins from accessing those shares.
