hello, I'm just starting to get into windows server 2003 for my small business. I want to save money by not getting an IT pro. So, I'm learning everything myself. The problem i have is that, i cant seem to create a roaming user profile. i have configured my server as a domain controller and a file server. I followed the directionsHere Perfectly. The problem states that the files cannot be found on the server, but i have granted EVERYONE full access to the files. (a security threat i know, but this is just until i get the profiles working) Could the problem be because the server isn't configured to be a DNS or DHCP server?? Is there something I'm missing or haven't thought of?? I would appreciate any comments, ideas or suggestions you may have.

Did you remember to set the profile path in each user's account in Active Directory? Life's more painless for the brainless.

yes i did, the only thing that i could think of is if anything is case sensitive... but i don't think that matters.
