Can anyone suggest any guides or books that I can use to guide me in developing a hosting service on Windows Server 2003 Web Edition? I just bought a new Athlon 3200+ with Windows Server 2003 and I want to use it to host multiple websites from within an office network. The OS has just been freshly installed and I need to know where to go from here. What books or tutorials can you guys direct me to that will help me in this regard?

do you own a block of IP addresses? Know anyhting about IIS? From within an office, does this mean from an existing LAN, if so, list the config of it (ethernet, on a T1, routing,a domain, AD, etc). I ask this instead of listing books so we know what it is you will need to know. there is going to be more to it than you think

"do you own a block of IP addresses?"
I own one static IP address: 68.144.4.236. From what I understand, I can host multiple websites with only one IP address. Is there any reason I would need a block?
"Know anyhting about IIS?"
Some, but I'm just a novice really.
"From within an office, does this mean from an existing LAN,"
yes
"if so, list the config of it (ethernet, on a T1, routing,a domain, AD, etc)."
I'm not sure what these terms mean. I think it's ethernet that we use. Before it goes through the router, it goes through a cable modem. We get mail through the domain fmsdesign.com. I have no idea what AD means?
"I ask this instead of listing books so we know what it is you will need to know. there is going to be more to it than you think"
I know, I know, the horror!
