i've 4 hdd each one is 73GB.i want to configure hardware RAID 5 on my IBM X226 Series Server. How can i do this. after this how can i calculate these hdd space?

You start by going into the RAID controller during POST. Create the array. Allow it to synchronize and then when it's done, begin the OS install process.

You have 4 - 73 GB drives. One will be used for parity so you will have 3*73 for total space (ie: 219 GB).

NOTE: synchronization can take a while so be prepared to wait.

Well they will all be used for parity, it's striped across them ;) .. it's just a total of one complete disc of lost space when you sum it up.

Correct. And it would be better planning to do 3 drives as raid5 and the 4th as a hot spare for instant failover.

Give a person a fish, they eat for a day. Suggest they internet search and they learn a skill for a lifetime.

Yes, I know the parity is striped across all disc's in the RAID 5 array. I should know, I've created enough RAID 5's over the years. I said it as I did to keep it simple for people reading this who don't know as much about RAID's as some of us do. If you think of 1 HDD in a RAID 5 as being used for parity, it makes the math a little easier.
