Comment:
Windows Server 2003 does during hardware installation does not display the ability to search Internet for a driver. It only allows one to search the drives for a driver to install or reinstall hardware. All the other OS provides the ability to search the Internet during hardware installation process. Has anyone else noticed this and found a solution?

My solution always has and always will be to have the most recent drivers for my hardware on hand before I begin installing an OS on a machine....be it a client or server OS.
The other thing you can, and likely should, do before begining to install is check the HCL (hardware compatibility list) and ensure all your hardware is compatible with the operating system.
