I have created a OU and put the people in that OU
Then i have created a new policy for OU enabled it but still nothing happens, Any ideas why the GP is not applying?

Did you refresh the policy for those users when they are logged into the domain? You need to run gpupdate from the command prompt to reapply GPOs. Or you can restart the computer that they are on.

To run the gpupdate utility: Click start > click run > type cmd press enter > in the command prompt type gpupdate and press enter. The difference between the computer and user settings is where you set them in the actual GPO. If you look it will have two sections one called computer settings the other called user settings.

You can run the gpresult or rsop.msc to confirm that GPO is applying or not.
