Hello, i have setup a new DNS server (2003 enterprise).i have create a OU within this server. with OU i have created a User named abc, with permission allo log on localy.when i log on DNS server locally the grop ploicy i have assingned it works properly. but when i log from the client end(which is a system OS 2000 prof.)its login properly on the server but here group policy does't work.can me tell u why this is happening..

are you sure you have applied it to domain group policy and not local computer policy.

go onot the microsoft site and download the new (GPMC group policy managment console), it will make life 10 times easyier, and also comes with a tutorial on how to use it if u have any problems :))
