Group Policy working on xp not 2000

Hi have a mixed bunch of PC's. I made a very restricted policy for something needed. Its working on XP machines but not 2000 and ideas?

You should be more detailed, some GP option's don't work on windows 2000. Also, run gpresult from the command line of the client computers and see if they're even seeing the GPO.
