Hi, I was wondering if anyone could recommend to me a way to be able to better track settings that you have changed in group policy. by printing them out and so on. I know there is group Policy manager but have been told it messes up your settings on server when u install. any suggestions? what to use and what top be careful of? thanks in advance.

There are many tools to do this but most are a bit pricey. I currently have 6 DC's in seperate production networks with the Group Policy Management Console add on installed with out a problem. If it makes you nervous you can install GPMC on an XP workstation.

It does everything you want and has made managing GPO's pretty darn simple.
