Group Policy propigating

I'm having a problems with my Windows Server 2003 Group Policy going into effect for authenticated users logging in. The policy is in effect for the server itself when I log in. However, workstations on the network don't seem to be effected by the enforced policy. That server is the only domain controller/server for the domain. There are other domains on our network. Could that be causing the problem?

So your workstations aren't getting the GPO, but your server is? First ensure that the GPO is set somewhere above either the user or computer objects that you want affected. Then make sure they have rights to read your GPO. After that I'd try manually entering your DNS server addresses on your workstations. I've seen issues where with machines that automatically obtain their DNS information that the group policies aren't located - until we go in and manually enter the DNS server IP addresses...
