I have greate a new gP object in GP Manager and linked it to the domain. in security filtering i have added the group user are a member of. i edited the GPO to remove run from start menu and force clasic start menu. when i log on to a client as a user of that group these has noi effect. (when i add the domain admins group it works for administrator on the server. but never on a clien (XP Pro SP 2). Any help thanks. (ps. i know i posterd befor with simlier problem, thought it worked but it diden't)

I don't understand why you are using a filter and member of options. The filter already has Authenticated users added to it, so they have to log on to the domain to be able to have that GP apply to them. All you have to do is link a Group Policy to an OU containing those users or to the whole domain.

I have the GPO linked to the whole domainl, when i just leave Authenticated users, it still dose not aPPly to any users when they log on to the network.
